Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) scheme is a scheme, which allows an exporter to import capital goods, including spares for pre-production, production, and post-production at zero Customs duty, for exports. Merchant exporters tied to supporting manufacturer(s), manufacturer exporters with or without supporting manufacturer(s), and Service Providers, including Common Service Providers (CSPs), are covered under this scheme.
Commercial Invoice cum Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and Shipping Bill/ Bill of Entry/ Bill of Export are the mandatory documents for export and import.
